Without the force flag, the out directory is not overwritten, and updates will fail.
This avoids moving dist *into* the out directory, which is not what we want. The force flag is also no longer necessary.
lazy.nvim will refuse to update the repo if the lockfile is modified. (Error: Please commit your changes or stash them before you switch branches. Aborting)
