Using
npm installmodifies thepackage-lock.jsonfile which makes plugin managers like Lazy & Packer fail on subsequent updates. Since the vscode-js-debug repo already ships with apackage-lock.json, we can usenpm cito speed up the install and potentially avoid breakages.
