• detailed logs of the run including the stacktrace

As discussed per mail I've received the logs.

The reported event can be traced back to an item that is assigned an imdb id that exists in the downloaded dataset as well as on the website.

The id is resolved correctly as well - this means there is something gone wrong here in the resolvement pipeline that for whatever reason the rating is null.

Due to limited time on my side I cannot investigate this further without a sample database where this issue occurs thus the issue stays open for now.

It anyone else encounters this message and wants to share their database feel free to contact me.

The message itself is harmless and there's no negative effect besides no update happening for the item in question.
