Restructure the megapack

Consider restructing the megapack into the following structure:

papers/
assets/
misc/ (or resources/?)

to avoid the root directory being cluttered with the PDFs as it currently is. Also investigate a different possibility of hosting the assets. I have access to zainp.com to host some stuff via FTP, but I'd like to keep everything centralised in GitHub. It's not an issue per se, but I don't necessarily need people downloading the assets directory.

In fact, an easy solution for the assets folder is to move it to a separate branch. If anybody wants to get on with doing that, please do!
