[WIP] WIP Address feedback on disabling tabs for GraphQL API

• Understand the current sidebar implementation and feature gating system
• Modify app-sidebar.tsx to use useENSAdminFeatures hook
• Conditionally disable or remove navigation items based on feature support
• Test the changes to ensure tabs are properly disabled
• Run linting and type checking
• Request code review
