[Feature request] Change bottomsheet step without animation

There are cases when one needs to change bottomsheet step synchronously or without animation in order to do things like perform calculations of the remainder of the screen bounds.
It would be useful to have a way to do something once the transition is finished.

as for the change not animated. We could think of an exported setStep(index, animated) which you could use. It would simply call animateToPosition with a duration of 0 in not animated. Then we would need to update animateToPosition a bit to apply changes directly if not animated

That's really good to know.
I think the animated event is also sufficient and I understand the following example would trigger it.
