UE5.03 Build for android "lv8_monolith" issue

I'm currently having this issue when trying to build for android. Is there a fix?

LogPlayLevel: Error: ld.lld: error: unable to find library -lv8_monolith
LogPlayLevel: Error: clang++: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

Did you run install-v8-libs.bat or install-v8-libs.sh after cloning?
