Because jsonrpclib moved mostly to circe, and langoustine is still using an ungodly combination of circe, jsoniter, and upickle, we can't easily upgrade.As a stopgap, I'm inlining the jsonrpclib code into langoustine.Instead I decided to torture myself and rewrite the codegen to use Circe.
That's the biggest change.
The rest is just upgrades to support SN 0.5 and work around a upickle bug.
