No support for Serial Ports

• Tried to opening a serial port with the syntax
  OPEN 2,2,4,CHR$(8)+CHR$(0): REM 1200 BAUDS

But C64 returns "ERROR 240".
It seems that serial communication is not supported.
Can you implement it?

The OPEN command calls the same KERNAL functions as CBM BASIC does, there's no need for additional support.
Does the same command work for you in CBM BASIC?

I tried again with both basic V2 and XC... The issue is still there. For some reason is not supporting the OPEN to a serial Port.

Can you suggest a testing plan with Vice? I've never done serial port communication. Thanks
