Cant save settings

Hello everyone! Ive trying and installing netalertx multiple times, after the installation using the compose example from the website, the UI is up and running i can access it but when i change settings in the ui and click save nothing happens. So i cant change my settings. Is this the intended behavior? If no and it happened to someone else i would really appreciate some help. All logs seem to be ok no errors.

There could be multiple reasons (file system permission issues, unexpected setting values, unsupported browsers) that's happening and to determine the root cause I'd recommend opening an issue with relevant browser and backend logs.
