docs: overhaul init/config docs + screenshots for netclaw 0.24.0 (#69)

Epic #55 — rewrite cli/init.md + quickstart.md to the 5-step wizard, add cli/config.md, repoint config-surface pages to netclaw config, recapture init + config screenshots, add the netclaw-docs voice skill + AGENTS.md, and repair link-validation. Includes a pre-merge content-accuracy QA pass verified against 0.24.0 source.
