docs(deployment): update exposure-modes.md — remove init step-9 reference, add action-menu re-run note (post-netclaw-dev/netclaw#1368)

Context

Update src/content/docs/deployment/exposure-modes.md after netclaw-dev/netclaw#1368 ships.

Current

• "init wizard covers this at step 9"
• References init-09-exposure.png
• "Re-run the init wizard" as the troubleshooting path for changing exposure mode

Exposure mode configuration has moved out of the init wizard and into netclaw config.

Should become

• Configure exposure in netclaw config → Exposure Modes (or directly in netclaw.json)
• Remove init-09-exposure.png reference
• Update "re-run the init wizard" troubleshooting → action menu: run netclaw init on an existing install shows (Redo Identity / Open config editor / Start over / Cancel); select "Open config editor" to reach Exposure Modes
• Or simply: "Run netclaw config → Exposure Modes to change this at any time."
• Optionally insert config-exposure.png from sub-issue Update exposure/pairing docs and homepage hero copy #13 once available

Screenshots or tapes needed

config-exposure from sub-issue #13 (optional). Screenshot insertion gated on stable release.

Acceptance criteria

• No "init wizard step 9" language
• netclaw config path documented for changing exposure mode
• init-09-exposure.png reference removed (no broken <img> refs)
• "Re-run init wizard" troubleshooting updated (action menu or netclaw config)
