Management Bridge Not Automatically Created

When you define a bridge such as "vmgmt" as in the example, if this bridge it generates the following error:

"bridge vmgmt does not exist!"

If you manually add the bridge, this error goes away. Maybe add the bridge creation/deletion into Create.sh and Delete.sh?

Currently that warning message is from the kernel itself. I'll look to adding a check within the Create/Startup scripts to check for that bridge, and create if not present.
