Upgrade org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-core to v2.25.3

Acceptance Criteria

• org.apache.logging.log4j:log4j-core is upgraded to 2.25.3 or later
• agent builds successfully (including shaded and transformed jars)

Additional Context

The newer version of log4j-core introduces additional annotation types that require adding org.jspecify and aQute to the list of transitive dependencies in the relocatedShadowJar.
