希望post.swig能支持给index=true的场景下，提供inject功能

Expected behavior

比如我希望想在index页面，能够显示tags。

所以希望：

1. 能否把tags放开给index场景
2. 或者能否开放index页面的inject注入。我自己在后面注入tags也可以

这一点只能通过修改主题的代码来实现了，Hexo并没有提供很方便的接口。还有一种做法是自己实现一个generator插件，让它生成一个自定义的index页面，包含你需要的tags内容。
