Inviting Guests to a team no longer works

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a team
2. click on "add"
3. try to invite a guest with the small people icon next to the input field

Expected behavior

pop-up to invite a guest

Actual behavior

some "shadow" is added to the screen and you can no longer click anything but the actual dialog doesn't show up.

In the browser console I see this error:

Maybe related to and a general issue with the guest app/dialog? I have the same issue on files, as reported here: nextcloud/server#60156
