missing icons on shared boards dropdown

Steps to reproduce

• create a Board and share it with at least one user
• click on the three dots icon (which is missing)
• observe the missing/white icon and wrong bold text in the menu (see screenshot)

Expected behavior

• all icons are visible
• Due date reminders is not bold

SideNote: without looking at the code path in detail the menu should not be that different between shared boards and unshared boards, maybe we can unify it.

I think the issue is not just a missing icon but changes not being initialized / saved.

@grnd-alt, if the Due date reminders text isn't bold, what should it look like then?

@theoholl I think it can be bold as well tbh. The main thing for me was that it looks different to the non shared menu. We can also focus on the icon for now and leave the rest as is.

@grnd-alt If we want the correct reminder icon to show, we probably need to load the board settings (see #7626) for each board. Could we instead just show a generic 'due date reminder' icon for the menu option and load the settings lazily when the sub-menu is opened? That would also simplify the design, since no state-dependent information would be displayed. What is your opinion on that?

@theoholl great work catching that root cause! Maybe adding that setting to every board in the list is a bit to much queries that need to be performed. If you are up for it, I would prefer loading these settings lazily! (if we get fancy we could load the boards list shallow and then request the settings before the menu is opened, but that's not really necessary)
