Would be possible to include ffmpeg binary on docker image ?

Hi there, regarding video media preview,
if we attempt to install ffmpeg via apt, on the docker image it will pull 207 new packages

Could we avoid this by including ffmpeg binary on the build image ? Or we really need those 206 extra packages
