fix(backport): complete incomplete backport from #14742

- Add missing 'Deleted files' sidebar entry
- Remove stray video-player paragraph left from old stable33 content
- Replace incorrectly indented files_page-1.png with files_page-3.png
  at correct indentation level and with correct alt text
- Remove leftover 'Overflow Menu' definition list item
- Add missing 'Details sidebar' section heading
