The platform was also increased from 8.1 to 8.2, as Nextcloud 33 and later only supports PHP >= 8.2. Version 8.2.27 had to be explicitly set, as it is the minimum compatible version with psalm 6.16.1. All this is needed to make psalm work again, as recent changes trigger a bug in psalm itself when used with PHP 8.5. Note that the bug was fixed in psalm 6.14.1, but the version was bumped to the latest available one. Signed-off-by: Daniel Calviño Sánchez <danxuliu@gmail.com>
