Can't submit Form with Grid - Numbers

Describe the bug
I have a Grid-Question with numbers, but it's not possible to submit the form. The following message is coming up: "Es ist ein Fehler beim Übermitteln des Formulars aufgetreten: Answer "123" for question "Raster Zahl" is not a valid option."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Eine Frage hinzufügen -> Gitter -> Zahl
2. Add Column "Spalte"
3. Add Row "Zeile"
4. Fill in form where "Zeile" is 123

• Forms-Version: 5.3.1

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser Firefox/Chrome
