[Bug]: Password prompt is shown 3 times when you click "upgrade all" then cancel before proceeding

Bug description

I wanted to upgrade all Nextcloud apps so I clicked upgrade all button in settings/apps but then I changed my mind and tried to close the pop-up password prompt. It disappeared for a fraction of a second but then it appeared again so I closed it again and the same thing followed. The pop-up was shown 3 times in total before it disappeared for good.
This is an unexpected behaviour and surprisingly it does not reveal itself when I try to update a single app from the same menu.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click upgrade all button in settings/apps
2. Dismiss password prompt using "x" button in the corner of a pop-up window.

Expected behavior

I should be back to settings/apps with no additional pop-ups or other prompts the same way it happens when trying to upgrade a single app.

My goal is to add a label like e.g. 25-feedback to this ticket of an up-to-date major Nextcloud version where the bug could be reproduced. However this is not going to work without your help. So thanks for all your effort!

@szaimen I currently run 25.0.3, but cannot confirm nor deny the issue, since all installed plugins are in their newest version. I'll reach back once a new version is released for at least 2 of them and I'll be able to repeat the test.
