[Bug]: Search file does not find some files

Bug description

When searching for a file, that is present inside subfolder, I received 207 response with "no search file found" (in French, exactly: Aucun résultat de recherche pour )

Which is strange, because I know the file is present inside a folder.

I have checked some file can be found, but not all

Steps to reproduce

1. Click on the "search input" on the top left
2. Write the name of a file
3. Search everywhere

Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Expected behavior

It should find existing file :-)
...

I guess its because the accent and maybe database.
Place to look into would be the WebDAV search implementation.

@susnux : I don't think it's a matter of accent.

Searching "LI" from the word "LIEUX":

Search "LIE" from the word "LIEUX" :

Something is not coherent. Once with two letters, I get direct folder. With 3 letters, I get file in subfolder.

And sometimes, it works:

This is by design. Search queries <= 2 letters can only search the current folder.
If you enter >= 3 letters the current folder is searched (the results at the top) and then also all subfolders are searched (results are put below the results of the current folder).

So the webdav search is only used with > 2 letters, before that only local filtering is applied.
