[Bug]: File upload progress not properly calculated on drag and drop folder upload

Bug description

For some reason progress is not properly calculated and it displays "paused"

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a folder in Nextcloud
2. Drag and drop folder from nautilus to Firefox browser with opened Nextcloud
3. Wait for upload

Expected behavior

File upload progress displays real progress
