disable "Discuss this file" tab on spreadsheets being opened by default #59461

Hello!
When I make a new spreadsheet, and open it through the drive file explorer, it opens normally. However, when I create a share link and someone opens it, a "Discuss this file" drawer is open as well.
Me, nor anyone I'm sharing documents to, wants to do this, as we discuss out-of-band. I'm fine with the feature existing, I just don't it to open every time for anyone ever opening the document. Figuring out that the button on the top right is the one that closes the drawer is not too intuitive either, leading to an annoying experience for most users opening the sheet.
Is there a way to disable this by default, and if not, could you add it?
