@copilot drop the cypress changes.
You can keep the action sha bump though

Done in c06671d — reverted the cypress functional changes (matrix strategy, install step, record/parallel/group config, env vars) while keeping the actions/upload-artifact SHA bump (v7.0.0 → v7.0.1).
