Steps To Reproduce

1. Use integrated Menu Option from menu.sh
2. Install either EuroOffice or Collabora (with LE TLS)
3. Try to use Office or go to Nextcloud Office Settings

Expected Result

Ability to use either one of the office suites

Actual Result

Error Message:
RequestExceptioncURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: self-signed certificate in certificate chain (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html) for https://docs.domain.redacted/hosting/discovery

Additional Context

Script runs fine with ""Collabora Docker is now successfully installed."

WOPI/Document Server is available via docs.domain.redacted, EuroOffice also can be used with Example Data via WebUI.
When Opening a sample Document via EuroOffice there's an error about the Document Token being invalid.
Collabora's Admin Site is not reachable from external.
Also, EuroOffice Complains, that the JWT Secret is too short.

I have made some progress, forgot to post here, sorry:

Collabora still doesn't want to play ball, but i got Euro-Office running. It was as simple as changing the JWT Secret myself.

Unfortunately i am not 100% sure what fixed the connection issue, i think it may have been the way i installed Ubuntu and the IP Address Change i made along the way and Ubuntu/the Firewall hanging on to that connection for a very long time. It may have also been the NAT (specifically the loop back NAT rule)
