Merges the topic: channels migration from PR #625 while reverting the local modification to the nf-core module subworkflows/nf-core/utils_nfcore_pipeline/main.nf, keeping it in sync with the remote nf-core/modules repository to fix the lint failure: 'check_local_copy: Local copy of subworkflow does not match remote'
