this is way to big. we are trying to keep the data as small as possible (at least 1MB). can you subset these fastq files further?

I have further subsetted the fastq files to the smallest they can be and still go through the whole pipeline.

awesome, thanks! could you please drop the previous commit, to avoid having the large file in the git history.

Add a small subset test dataset for the nf-core/rnastructurome pipeline.
The test data consists of:
A samplesheet (
samplesheet_SHAPE_RT-stop.csv) is also included, which describes the samples and is required as input by the pipeline.
