I got one test failure due to the de-embed test segfaulting but that's a known intermittent problem (likely due to FFTS being a pain in the butt) that's unrelated to your code so I'll merge it. |

As title says, added a Github workflow for building in an Arch Linux container.
Has no "build package" and "upload package" step, but in the future it would probably make sense to do makepkg in this container, but we should store the PKGBUILD file in the repo so the job can use it.
Builds with both standalone and repo SDK, can build docs, all tests passing.
