"To be added: implemetation of GetByName using HQL" in "Tutorial: Your first NHibernate based application" in documentation

It looks like the tutorial [here](http://nhibernate.info/doc/tutorials/first-nh-app/your-first-nhibernate-based-application.html) needs to have a `GetByName` using HQL example added.
