This commit defines the settings to enable the web monitor and adds the necessary UI changes.
I'm using the MiniHttpd library to implement the simple web monitor.
This commit adds a simple web interface to monitor the status of NiceHash. This is useful when you've got e.g. multiple miner rigs and you want to supervise them individually without connecting to their consoles.

This pull request contains a simple HTTP status interface which can be enabled in the settings view.
This can come in handy when managing e.g. multiple rigs and you don't want to log into the console of each machine to inspect the individual hash rate.
