VOOPS is a Vector graphics editor written in Java. It was originally released in 2006 on SourceForge. It is no longer under active development.
Notable features include a path manipulator, an animated GIF creator, Beanshell integration, a screen color grabber, and the ability to save into the Windows ICO format.
VOOPS is available as an executable JAR or as a Mac App. You can find the latest release here.
