Include Folio Views?

Forgive the intrusion, but after being pointed at #32, I was thinking back to other tools I used in the MS-DOS days that might be related. After a quick search around the repo I can't see any mention of Folio Views. I have memories of using it for help with Novell NetWare in the early 1990s.

Thanks! I found a screenshot. The file format was "Folio Infobase format" with extension .nfo. According to Wikipedia Folio Views 2.0 published in July 1990 (requiring at least DOS 3.0) introduced hyperlinks and Folio Views 2.1 in June 1991 user-generated content. This seems early enough when HTML was not very common (similar to AmigaGuides in 1991 not based on HTML). There seems to be at least one Infobase enthusiast and the successor software is still marketed and sold.

The line between ebook formats (digital document formats not primarily created for printing such as word processing and DTP formats) and hypertext formats is not sharp, so this category (including online help formats #31) is worth to explore. I'd include ebook and similar formats until the mid 1990s if they at least provide non-hierarchic in-document hyperlinks.
