Do patent research for more systems

Looking for Folio Views I stumbled upon this patent which references other hypermedia systems (citing the October 1990 issue of PC/Computing Magazine at pages 201-210):

• Folio Views 2.0 by Folio Corp.
• Hyperties by Cognetics Corp.
• HyperWriter by Ntergaid (see this reader)
• Spinnaker Plus 2.0 by Spinnaker Software Corp. (probably no real hypertext system)
• Transtext by MaxThink (probably no real hypertext system)

There seem to be many more patents around hypertext systems out there (although the connection between patents and actual software can be rather low).

Another document mentions:

• IBM's Linkway
• Windowcraft by Echelon Development Corp. (Peter Chapman) for Windows and OS/2 - has this actually been shipped?
• ToolBook by Asymetrix
