A resazableColumn: boolean prop

Behavior

• Column start off as they do today, respecting their given width, maxWidth, minWidth
• Once resized, a column becomes of fixed-width (width: '0 0 <width>px', and no min and max-width)

Questions

• How should other columns react when a column is being resized? Should they adjust in real-time or become fixed temporarily?
• The parent should handle the width change, but how would the API look like? onColumnWidthChange prop?

I think the example should be like

I think the resazableColumn prop is only allowed in the dynamic data table, and the right columns change in real-time

The parent should handle the width change, but how would the API look like? onColumnWidthChange prop?

We can add create a resizer compononent and add it to the HeaderRow:

Now we need a method to change the property width of the column, I don't know if there is an already built in method to change it?
I haven't tried the code if I have time I will.

I managed to get something done, but is far from perfect, also I don't like how I do it but I don't know better.

Add the setColumnsWith to the HeaderContextType:

Since I use the property Id to identify a column, the columns that do not have Id can't be resized, for example the first column.
Also, there's probably a better way to change the column width than to create a method on the useColumns, but I didn't know how.
