The Istanbul project has moved to a new command line tool named
nyc. It has become easier to integrate with coveralls. This pull request updates the documentation to reflect the changes.I have tested the integration with Mocha + Istanbul. Jasmine + Istanbul should be similar, but I have not tested it.
Hope this saves people some time.
