Problem with Module_T1map_MIT

Dear MP3 team,

I have the following problem by testing our Module_T1map_MIT : I try to set the dynamic range of the first scan during the parameters setting but in the Matlab prompt always appears the following error message :
"Error using Module_T1map_MIT (line 251)
Wrong scan selected ?"

Here attached the complete Bruker file I used ( of course I selected the RAREVTR bas sequence to test the module)

Sorry for the late answer, we have been a bit busy these last days.
I downloaded your data sample and looked at the issue when using the module T1map_MIT.

It seems that the module is currently only able to process FAIR EPI, SEGM, or FISP sequences, but not the RARE sequences. Actually, this module needs metadata stored in Bruker files in order to compute the interslice time.

I am not very comfortable with the computation of this fit for this sequence, so I see 2 options :
1/ You are able to extend the module to deal with RARE sequences. It just requires to modify the DictionaryMRI_User.yml in order to retrieve the metadata from the Bruker files at the conversion in NIfTI, and the Module_T1map_MIT.m script to deal with RARE sequences. We can of course provide support for this.
2/ Since this. module was developed by Clément Debacker and Lydiane Hirschler, you can ask them to extend their module to deal with the RARE sequences.

Sorry for not being able to solve immediately your issue Riccardo, please tell us if you see another option to fix it or if we can help you in any other way.
