Add "Biome" to the Frontend Roadmap (Linters/Formatters section)

Feature Description

Hi team!

Since Biome (formerly Rome) is gaining a massive amount of popularity as a fast, all-in-one alternative to Prettier and ESLint, I believe it would be highly beneficial to include it in the Frontend Developer roadmap under the "Linters and Formatters" section.

Many modern projects are migrating to it, and adding it alongside ESLint/Prettier would keep the roadmap up to date with current ecosystem trends.

Let me know your thoughts!
