HTML roadmap outdated in some topics

Suggestions

In the html roadmap, the very first articles about Front End development are pretty much outdated (I only read so far) as below

• The FrontEnd Developemnt Handbook (https://github.com/FrontendMasters/front-end-handbook-2019/blob/master/exports/Front-end%20Developer%20Handbook%202019.pdf) is from 2019
• The Cloudinary article (https://cloudinary.com/guides/front-end-development/front-end-development-the-complete-guide) is likely from even before that, since it still quote "A strong foundational understanding ... increasingly, jQuery, are essential." (jQuery, now, at 2026)?

I don't have the authority or expertise enough to suggest a better blog or post about this, so I ask for everyone help here. I truly believe an outdated view do more harm than good so please help update those articles.
