Migration fails when work item titles contain certain characters

Hi,
We are currently migrating Azure DevOps artifacts from one Azure DevOps organization to another using Azure DevOps Migration Tools.
We reviewed the documentation and several GitHub discussions, but we are still facing a few issues and would appreciate your guidance.
We are encountering migration failures for some work items whose titles contain characters such as:

• Double quotes (")
• Forward slashes (/)
• Square brackets ([ ])
• Non-English characters (for example: ö)

Have you seen similar issues before?

We found discussions mentioning collation and Unicode-related limitations

Is there a known workaround or recommended configuration for handling titles that contain special or non-English characters?

If needed, we can provide the full exception details and migration logs.
