Explore bspm in image for R package installation, but probably this is out of scope for py-rocket-base. Stick with rocker templates for package install.

Swap out rocker.sh for different r environment installation.

• Merge Carl's install_r and install_rstudio scripts into one script that I run the same as rocker.sh

Install bspm
