Summary

  • Revised audit log plan: fixed file paths, added audit logger wiring tasks, split WebSocket/MCP tasks, added DNS events, specified test files, deferred grouping feature
  • Revised MCP upstream plan: removed update/edit scope, split into smaller tasks, added nil-store guard, consistent --command flag, specified re-injection wiring

Test plan

  • Plans only (no code changes)
