Summary
Adds the implementation plan for the backup and restore feature at `docs/plans/20260411-backup-restore.md`. Covers manual + cron-scheduled backups, fan-out to all enabled channels (Telegram + HTTP webhook), an age-only credential archive, and a safe atomic-swap restore flow with post-crash recovery.
Plan went through one auto-review pass (5 critical + 8 major issues addressed in a full rewrite) and one interactive review pass (no further annotations).
