allow editing niri & noctalia keyboard shortcuts via gui akin to nirimod project

Motivation / use case

manual shortcut editing in terminal is not easy and it's a barrier for new users. Exacerbated by some keyboards / buttons that the user has to hunt for the key name first through tools.

Proposed solution

an interactive list of shortcuts where they can be added or modified by sensing a new shortcut command upon click like KDE or a gui keyboard to edit interactively like nirimod.

Right now, our team is entirely focused on building v5. Since the v4 lifecycle has officially come to an end, we are wrapping up old issues and won’t be shipping any further updates or fixes to that codebase.
