[BUG] V5 - Screen goes black, anytime i raise or lower the volume, while having a Steam game open

Bug description

Hello.

Anytime i have a game(any steam game) open, if i use the volume knob on my keyboard to raise or lower the volume, my screen goes black for a ~second, the audio notification spawns on the top right of my screen, and when im done changing the volume, the popup goes away, but it triggers black screen again.

Ive never experienced that behavior on V4, so im assuming its a bug.

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch any Steam game - it doesnt matter if its a proton game or a native one
2. Raise or Lower the volume, or trigger the audio pop up in any other way

Expected behavior

Ive expected the exact same behavior as on V4

When you run a game full-screen with two monitors you notices this a lot. Anytime the game loses focus.. go to another screen the app goes black until you are back focusing the game. What I think is happening is the notification gets focus so your game goes black. For multscreens to work I normally run my games in windowed mode. But for a single screen you might just need to turn on DND mode so the notification can't pop up and the game keeps focus.

I did, it made no difference. Screen goes black.

However, if the game has HDR enabled, the screen doesnt go black, HDR is being turned off for a ~second, and after the pop up is gone, it turns back on.
