Public participation

We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live, it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should show up.

We cancelled today because it was just @ruyadorno @joespi and myself. We also noted that all three of us would have been able to make/preferred the earlier 15:00 UTC time.

Based on that we agreed we should propose moving the 18:00 UTC timeslot to the 15:00 GMT timeslot were we got better partipation.

That would make the timeslots rotation with 15:00 UTC 10UTC, 15 UTC, 15UTC, 10 UTC, 15UTC, 15 UTC, 10 UTC etc.
