Missing tags for releases

This repo is published to the npm repository under @node-core/doc-kit, current release 1.3.5.

The repo however does not create tags or any other commonly used means to cross-reference a release to a state of the repo.

Could future releases be linked to a tag or listed under the (currently disabled) https://github.com/nodejs/doc-kit/releases tab?

An automatically generated CHANGELOG might also be helpful.

As a workaround, it is possible to use git blame on:

doc-kit/package.json

We don't currently use a release action or the likes, but maybe that'll change in the future

That would make it simpler. Creating tags and releases manually is possible, but needs additional work to do it.
