Include the pkgjs package in the scorecard

Hi, while I work on maintaining multiple pkgjs packages, it would be good to include them in the scorecard list, given that pkgjs belongs to this organization.

I can do a cleanup of the scope after the first run.

Sure, it's probably that the score is low because several packages haven't been maintained for a long time, and with this, I can help those packages follow best practices and improve the score.
