test: avoid double-closing server in client-request test

Rationale

Some client-request tests closed their server inside the assertion callback while also registering server shutdown in after(). That could race cleanup and produce a file-level failure after the subtests had already passed.

Changes

• Removed redundant inline server.close() calls from client-request dump tests.
• Let the existing after() cleanup own server shutdown consistently.
